Alliance trip

Natalie insisted on wearing a scarf yesterday. She also got an interesting shot of how she sees the world. A bit of tension occurred when Dad got all red cookies. Elliot REALLY wanted the multicolored sprinkles.

Painting Helpers

Still working away on little things. Elliot and Nata helped with some painting Saturday morning. Mom and Dad tuned up the apartment a bit in the afternoon.

More October Pics

We got a two for one on Grandmas recently. Cleora and Grandma Sue came to watch the kids on a recent Tuesday. Other favorites - Nata trying our her Halloween costume early, strategic use of scotch tape to keep Elliot quiet, and an artsy photo of a bundle of sticks by E.B.

E.B. helps out

So we had a mouse infestation. Our exterminator said we needed to fill a few holes to keep the creatures out. Elliot did a great job mixing concrete and filling holes.

Hope it works. Otherwise, we'll need two cats one for us and one for Kristen.

More Octoberfest

As a bonus, Grandpa Larry and Grandma Bonnie performed in a musical number. Nata showed off her belly.

Lake Geneva WI Octoberfest

We planned to go apple picking in Wisconsin on Saturday with the grandparents. It turned out that the orchard was all out of apples and pumpkins.

Luckily Grandpa Larry and Grandma Sue knew of an Octoberfest in Lake Geneva going on. It was gorgeous - 70 degrees and sunny. Lots of fun was had dancing, eating apples and zucchini bread.
