Door #10
Mike, Tim and I left on Sunday. Julie moved in with Suzy and Sarah stayed the course in Ephraim. The Wisconsin DNR was studying fish in the creek behind Suzy's folks house. That required close additional supervision from the kids.
The Red Putter also happened. Great finish to the two weeks.
Door #9
We had most dinners over at the Mercs place but the orchard provided a nice change of pace. Suzy, Tim, Jonah and Frankie provided a nice energy boost. Plus, we had Moscow Mules.
Door #8
The first bike ride was such a success, we cranked up a second one with Elizabeth, Si and the kids. We made it all the way to Nicolet Beach and the snack bar. Elliot covered about 9 miles on two wheels. Big time.
Si and Dylan spent tons of time in the kayak and saw most of Ephraim Harbor by boat.
Door #7
Turkey, peacock, goose and chicken - all the feathers in Elliot's hat. We found the turkey feather in the orchard. All others came from The Farm. The goat ate Maeve's corn bag.
Door #6 - The Farm is all about photos
.
Baby animals and small kids are cute together. Julie considered stealing Nora on several occasions this trip.
Door #5
Simon was a hero. He spent hours pushing kids on the kayak and paddleboard. The Farm was awesome again this year. The only thing better than feeding goats is MILKING goats.

Door #4
Natalie would walk through fire if Dawn asked her to. Maeve's 6th birthday cake was a homemade ice cream cake. Pureed Oreos (including the filling) make an unreal crust.
The BBQ brain trust was working overtime this trip. In short: Dads rule. Moms drool.
