Elliot and Natalie have fallen in love with the Old Testament. They have a special love of the plagues that befell the Egyptians at the hand of the God of the Old Testament (rivers turned to blood, locusts, the killing of the first born son ("Like you and me, Dad!"), etc.).
Today they made paper sandals, a necklace and a snake crown and eagerly await spring when they can wear their outfits outside like the lady sweeping the frogs out of her house.

Yes! i love bible stories! Old Testament God was hardcore! Nothing says "I Love you" like a plague of festering sores... (New Testament God got soft, i think.)
